It was wonderful to catch up with Heather.  We travelled New Zealand’s Northland with the Storylines Festival 2 years ago.  Two authors, two illustrators and one librarian in a mini-van for three days – truly a bonding experience.

I’m very proud to have been nominated for an Australian Writers’ Guild Award for an episode I wrote of ‘Bubble Bath Bay’.  I’m also delighted to see so many of my friends nominated.
