Today’s episode of the podcast is the story I performed @adelaidefestival. (Unfortunately I couldn’t use the live recording because of technical issues). It’s ‘The Elves and the Shoemaker told by Nanny Piggins’. To hear the whole thing search‘Bedtime stories with R.A. Spratt’ in Spotify or your favourite podcast directory.
If you’re in a town that doesn’t have a bookshop but does have a Big W - FRIDAY BARNES 9 is on shelves now!
We’ve got the best parcel delivery lady. She doesn’t just leave the parcel, she leaves a treat for the dog when he’s shut in and can’t come out to say hello. (She has Irish wolf hounds and wildly overestimates the size of treat you need to impress a cavoodle. Which is probably why Henry loves her so much)
Another awesome session talking all things Friday Barnes! Thank you for having me @adelaidefestival
I’ve got a photo proving I really was live on stage in Adelaide today! Big thanks to Jess for sending it to me. And thank you to everyone else in the awesome audience who came along.
As is so often the way, I was too busy talking to get any photos of my awesome session @adelaidefestival. But here’s a photo of Helen the volunteer who got me a beer when it was all over. You’re a legend Helen!
