I will be signing books at ‘Book Review’ in St Ives, Sydney.  I don’t know what time yet.  I’ll post here when I do.

October 2017
I will be touring in the Adelaide area.  If you would like me to visit your school, talk to your school librarian about it and get them to message me.

March 2018
I will be at the Wellington Writers’ Festival (in New Zealand).

January 16th-27th 2018
I’m touring the USA again.  I will be visiting schools and bookstores in Richmond, New York and LA.

Met Ashleigh the super fan today. I was intimidated by her high regard. I find it hard enough living up to the low regard of my own children, let alone the high regard of others. I'm signing books this Saturday at 11am at Book Review in St Ives! Come and say hello. Just did two awesome sessions at Sceggs, but I can't leave because I've been parked in by two trucks worth of tradies. What is the collective noun for tradies? John Snow played World Series cricket. Must have been before he took the black. At Sceggs Redlands. They've still got the poster up from last time I visited 11 books ago. A first today! My author talk was interrupted by class pet pooping on a student. Visiting West Pennant Hills Public School today but they've got a touch of Bowral here. One of the school houses is named after Bowral Public School's most famous student. The rigorous demands of Book Week require children's authors to train hard all year to ensure they are in top physical condition. Thanks to the professional coaching and expert nutrional guidance I receive @cfsouthernhighlands I can now visit schools safe in the knowledge that I have the strength, flexibility and fitness to escape a horde of crazed 'Friday Barnes' fans by climbing a rope into a rescue helicopter. Thank you Coach D & N! First school visit for Book Week 2017 and I hit three teachers with rockets! What a great start. Signed some books at the National Library. (They were in the Bookshop and written by me. I didn't just start signing random books in the collection). Happiness is an ice cream that is bigger than your head. Like many men, Henry insists on being the one who drives, but having no opposable thumbs he can't turn the key so he never gets far.
